In Rocky Mountain Lake, a clear blue lake stretches beneath a rugged mountain range, framed by deep greens, soft earth tones, and warm rust-colored peaks. Rebekah’s bold, simplified forms give the landscape a contemporary feel while still preserving the quiet grandeur of the scene.
The contrast between the cool water and the warm mountain creates a strong sense of depth, while the reflections along the shoreline add softness and movement. Loose, confident brushwork keeps the piece feeling fresh and expressive, allowing color and shape to carry the emotion of the landscape.
